Meet the Faslane Peace Campers

Faslane peace camp is the longest running peace camp in the world! It was opened in 1982 by the people of Helensburgh, Scotland who were opposed to the Trident missile submarines based there.

Some of the Peace Campers are headed to Barton Moss to show their solidarity with our campaign. Bringing with them a wealth of experience of living on a long term camp, campaign know-how and a commitment to Non-violent Direct Action, the peace campers will hold an array of workshops, help build structure and share their knowledge.
